bee998 Responsible Gaming — Enjoy the Game, Know Your Limits
bee998 believes that gaming is entertainment, not a burden. Using our safety tools and guidelines, you can always stay in control.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting has become a popular form of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. Whether it is cricket or slots, playing with the right mindset and within set boundaries makes for an enjoyable experience. But when gaming turns into a habit that starts causing harm to yourself or your family, seeking help is the most courageous step you can take.
bee998 always stands for responsible gaming. Our platform is for people aged 21 and above only. We want every player on our platform to enjoy gaming in an informed, safe, and controlled way.
On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, activate self-exclusion, set time limits, and contact the bee998 support team when needed. Responsible gaming — it is not an obligation, it is our commitment.
21+ Age Requirement
To register and play at bee998, you must be at least 21 years old. Keeping minors away from gaming is our highest priority.
No withdrawal is approved on any account until the age verification process is complete. If we suspect that a user is under 21, we will suspend that account immediately.
For people aged 21 and above only | National ID (NID) verification required
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limits
Set in advance how much you want to deposit each day, week, or month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, you will need to wait 24 hours — this is for your own protection.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can temporarily or permanently close your account yourself. During self-exclusion, login, deposits, and betting are completely disabled.
Time-Out
Put your account on a break for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Once the break period ends, access is restored automatically. This feature can be used at any time.
Session Time Control
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is up, bee998 will log you out automatically. You can also set a reminder before starting a session if you wish.
Reality Check
Your win and loss information will be shown on screen at regular intervals. This feature reminds you how long you have been playing and where your balance stands — the decision is always yours.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact bee998 via live chat. Our Bangla-speaking support team is by your side seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help. The first step toward responsible gaming is acknowledging the problem.
